Get ready for more wrestling action as the stars of WrestleZone get set to rock the Aberdeen Beach Ballroom once more! A sense of Anarchy will be in the air on Saturday 17th June as the best in Scottish wrestling engage in bone-crunching, body-slamming action.

The event presented by WrestleZone will feature favourites such as Scotty Swift, Sterling Oil, Bryan Tucker, Mr. P and many more! The family-friendly atmosphere ensures this event is suitable for wrestling fans of all ages.

And what’s more, some big name guests are set to join the action with the first being WWE Hall of Famer from the Samoan wrestling dynasty; Rikishi. The former Intercontinental and Tag Team champion will be joined by none-other than former WWE Women’s Champion Melina making her first appearance in the WrestleZone. And a third former WWE star is set to join the action; former Cruiserweight Champion Hornswoggle has signed-up for the annual supershow at the Beach Ballroom.

For the past five years, the historic art-deco building has played host to international guests and has sold-out four years in a row – don’t leave it too late to secure your piece of the wrestling action!

General admission tickets cost £18.70 inc. bf, with all seats unreserved. Entry to the event for General Admission ticket-holders is 6pm. The wrestlers will be ready to rumble from 7pm in another great night of grappling in the Granite City!

The main event of Aberdeen Anarchy is set as the "Red-Haired Warrior" Scotty Swift is set to defend his Undisputed Championship against the winner of the 2017 Regal Rumble, Shawn Johnson. The big match will see the Sterling Oil golden boy look to grab the gold for Richard R. Russell's men and put an end to Swift's second title reign. Two Aberdeen grapplers will face-off in this huge main event match that has polarised opinion. Swift remains the man to beat in the WrestleZone having emerged victorious from his feud with "Unstoppable" Andy Wild. While bruised from the bouts, Scotty remains in top form and is looking forward to his third straight Aberdeen Anarchy main event.

But for Shawn Johnson, Saturday 17th June marks a turning point for his career. For years, he was a hugely-successful tag team wrestler as part of the Granite City Hotshots tandem. But a change to Sterling Oil was not supported by his fans, with Shawn accused of abandoning his fans in search of singles success. Since a hazardous feud with his former tag partner Bryan Tucker, Johnson has regrouped and so far 2017 has been a great year for him.

His strategist, Richard R. Russell, has put the boosters on Shawn and now will be putting everything into emerging with the Undisputed Championship this June. While fans might not like it, Shawn is in prime position to end Scotty's title reign, but this match could well see a changing of the guard. But the Beach Ballroom has had so many big moments so far and we can't wait to see what the 2017 main event serves up!

Oh my, the Beach Ballroom is in for a treat this June as WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi gets set to join Scottish funnyman Grado and WrestleZone's own Mr. P for a huge six-man tag team contest! The trio face-up to former Undisputed Champion Andy Wild, Kid Fite and Sha Samuels on June 17th intent to wreck the Samoan party! The legendary former Intercontinental and Tag Team Champion has been drafted in by Mr. P after sneak attacks by Andy Wild and Kid Fite to close out our recent Stonehaven event.

Rikishi has heard all about the commotion and can't wait to join his brothers for this epic six-man tag team contest. And with Grado also by his side, Mr. P might just have bagged his best super team! But the unlikeable trio led by "Unstoppable" Wild will see this as a chance to continue their dominance across the WrestleZone, and the addition of "The East End Butcher" from the rough streets of London is a coup for this bout. Rikishi will no doubt pounce if there is the opportunity to drop the Stink Face on these three, but with Aberdeen Anarchy putting it all on the line, we will have to wait and see what transpires in this epic six-man tag team contest.

Lou King Sharp's challenge has been accepted and at Aberdeen Anarchy 2017, the "King of Small Style" Hornswoggle gets set for action. With "Your Mother's Favourite Wrestler" shouting his mouth off, we expect Swoggle will want to shut up the Glasgow grappler with a big performance on June 17th. But probably for the very first time in his career, Sharp goes into this contest as the bigger man, so how will that dynamic affect the outcome? Let's not forget that Swoggle is a former WWE Crusierweight Champion and has tangled with the likes of Grado before! But how will he deal with LKS when these two square-up for a spectacular night of action at the Beach Ballroom?

Following the unfortunate announcement that former WWE star Melina will be unable to wrestle at Aberdeen Anarchy 2017, WrestleZone management have more than made up for this by signing her replacement! The "Vixxen of Violence" Viper will now face Sammii Jayne in a special Tables Match - with Melina in Viper's corner to ensure the action remains fair! While gutted to be missing out after a recent MRI on her knee, Melina can't wait to meet the fans at Aberdeen Anarchy and she hopes she can cheer the Viper onto victory. However, the "Queen of Catch" has been on a tear of late and she will want to upstage our big name guests and secure a spectacular victory by sending Viper crashing through the wood.

WrestleZone management have once again come up top trumps in an effort to finally decide the first-ever Tri-Counties Champion! A tournament whittled down the field to four, but after two failed attempts to stage the semi-finals, it has instead been decided that Bryan Tucker, Aspen Faith, Bingo Ballance and Zach Dynamite will have to climb the ladder of success at the Beach Ballroom.

This sort of bout adds a whole new dimension to recent events. In Westhill, a massive brawl erupted after Dynamite and Tucker attacked Faith and Ballance, but it was the "Zenith of Zero G" who stood tall after that exchange. Will this match suit the high-flying Irishman?

If form is the decider, then former Hotshot Bryan Tucker may have the edge as he is the only one of these men to compete in a ladder match before at Aberdeen Anarchy - and to add sugar, he won! However the "King of Catch" will step out of his comfort zone and will look to finally ascend to his thrown as the first-ever Tri Counties Champion!

However, the biggest story could be that of Zach Dynamite. After returning from a career-threatening injury, "Fully Loaded" now has a chance to win the gold in his first Beach Ballroom event in over three years! Fans will be split about who they want to win, but we are certainly in for a treat where ANYTHING can and probably will happen!

Things have got really interesting in the tag team division as champions The Rejected are set to defend the titles on June 17th against the most successful team in WrestleZone history, Sterling Oil! However the added spice into this match is that William and Alan have put-up the hair of chief strategist Richard R. Russell against the titles of Chris Archer and Mikkey Vago in a surprise move. What this means is that the stakes have been raised at the Beach Ballroom as The Rejected endeavour to finally ascertain their reign at the top of the trio. But for Sterling Oil, this seems oh so desperate and there is little doubt what the fans will want to see; Richard R. Russell strutting about bald. Huge gamble here, but will it pay off?

One final match is set to settle the score between former tag team partners as Johnny Lions and Damien square-off at Aberdeen Anarchy! After events in Stonehaven however, Johnny Lions will be managed in this match by the Evening Express reporter Sean Wallace after the "Revolutionary" looked to pick a fight with the sports reporter last month. Now, with these two set to go one-on-one, we will see who walks away with the plaudits from their Beach Ballroom showdown.
